1. What is the Coca-Cola Management Associates Programme?
Coca-Cola Management Associates Programme, or MAP, is an 18-month programme tailored to young graduates who will receive cross-functional training and experience a wide variety of learning interventions. Associates will undergo job rotations every 6 months with the Support functions, Commercial Sales and Supply Chain department. Each Associate will be assigned a project supervisor (a Function Manager) and a mentor (a Senior Manager/Director) for the duration of the programme.
2. How do I apply for the Coca-Cola Management Associates Programme?
To officially apply for MAP, candidates should email their CVs to: openhappiness@coca-cola.com.my by 23rd May 2016!
