BHD.'s relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any these terms and conditions, please do not use wowintro.
This page states the terms of use (“Terms”) under which users (“You”) may use the wowintro.me website, and a user’ relationship with WOWINTRO SDN. BHD. (“wowintro”, “we” or “us”). Please read this carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not register for or use the wowintro.me website. DEFINITION
wowintro is a pre-interview screening tool where candidates answer job related questions via video or text which helps you identify the perfect candidate for your job post. Easing your hiring process, wowintro is a one-stop platform for you to screen, rate, organize and sort your job applicants seamlessly without a ton of paperwork! wowintro is a platform enabling job candidates and employers to engage in interactive job application and evaluation activities.
1. Binding Agreement
The use of wowintro is subject to these Terms. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and wowintro. By accessing or using the wowintro website, you agree to accept and/or to be bound by these Terms. You agree to use the wowintro website at your own risk.
In the case of any conflict between these Terms and any contract you have with wowintro, these Terms will take precedent.
We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review the Agreement whenever you use any of the Sites. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms you should not continue to use wowintro. If you continue to use the wowintro website after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the wowintro website indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms.
2. Registration
2.1 Create account
By registering here and creating your "wowintro" account, you can access different services that are offered by wowintro without having to register for each service separately. If a service you wish to subscribe to has additional terms and conditions, you will be asked to accept these separately.
2.1.1 To register on the wowintro website you must be 18 years of age.
2.1.2 Where you are representing a company, you warrant that you are duly authorized to open an account on behalf of that company. You cannot impersonate anyone else or use any Log In details other than those granted to you. wowintro reserves the right to verify new accounts by contacting the account owner by email, phone or in person.
2.1.3 You must inform us immediately of any changes made to the information you have provided when registering by updating your personal details in order for us to communicate with you effectively.
2.1.4 You must ensure that the details provided by you upon registration or at any time are correct and complete.
2.1.5 In order to register a wowintro Account, whether as a candidate or as an employer, you are required to provide some identifying information including, but not limited to, your full name, a valid email address, phone number, nationality, gender and company registration ID.
2.1.6 While certain parts of the site are available to non-account holders, you can only activate
Your Account once you have positively clicked your acceptance of these Terms. Your Log In is personal to you and may not be shared with others.
2.1.7 If Your Account is an employer account, you can create individual sub-accounts with separate log-ins. However, you will be responsible for the activity of those individual users.
2.2 Password and security
2.2.1 When you register to use wowintro website you will be asked to create a username and password. In order to prevent fraud, you must keep this username and password confidential and must not to disclose it or share it with anyone. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password, please notify us by contacting us immediately.
2.2.2 To protect your privacy and security, we take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting you account access or making corrections to your information. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your unique password and account information at all times.
2.2.3 You agree that:
(a) You will keep your username and password safe and to not share them with anyone.
(b) You will not pass yourself off as someone else or create multiple, false accounts.
YOU MUST NOTIFY WOWINTRO IMMEDIATELY IF THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF YOUR LOG-IN DETAILS ARE COMPROMISED OR IF YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN ACCESSED UNLAWFULLY. WOWINTRO CANNOT AND WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM YOUR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS SECURITY OBLIGATION.
2.3 Term
2.3.1 If you breach security or misuse any wowintro terms and conditions, we reserve the right to suspend or deactivate your account and all accounts you have registered under your name immediately.
2.3.2 To deactivate your account please contact our customer services department; their details can be found under "Contact Us" on wowintro.me home page.
2.3.3 All losses or damage incurred thereby shall be borne by you; and
2.3.4 You shall fully indemnify wowintro should wowintro suffer any loss or damage.
2.4 Administration
2.4.1 You can update your personal details (including your account and marketing preferences) by accessing your account at your wowintro Profile page and making any necessary changes; this will update your details across all services that you have subscribed to.
2.5 Privacy
Your privacy is extremely important to us. We designed our Data Policy to make important disclosures about how you can use wowintro to share with others and how we collect and can use your content and information. We encourage you to read the Data Policy, and to use it to help you make informed decisions.
2.6 Types of Accounts
When you sign up as a candidate, you are immediately granted a “Free Account” for wowintro’s Services. Free Account holders are allowed access to all of the features available for candidates on wowintro’s platform and are not charged by wowintro for the use of the features they can access.
When you sign up as an employer, you can choose from the different “Paid Accounts” packages available which you may elect to purchase. Depending on which selected Paid Account package you purchase, Paid Accounts provide you with access to certain additional features of the Services on a term of subscription basis in accordance to the packages of each account. Refer to here for details on the different Paid Accounts packages offered by wowintro.
2.7 Fees and Payment
If you choose to purchase a Paid Account, you may pay via credit card, cheque, bank in, tranfer or any other method wowintro may accept as payment of account, in accordance with our pricing policy. All funds are quoted in the currency in which they are displayed, or where no currency is displayed, all amounts are in MYR, Malaysian Ringgit. In addition to paying the published price, you are responsible for paying all applicable taxes in connection with the purchase. wowintro reserves the right to change its prices, pricing policy or the method or manner in which it charges for the Services at any time at its sole discretion without further notice. The purchase of a Paid Account is non-refundable. wowintro reserves its right to suspend or terminate your Paid Account for failure to make timely payment of all amounts due in connection therewith.
wowintro shall collect information to one or more of your financial accounts for purposes of processing payments to provide you with wowintro’s Services.
2.8 Closing Your Account
To close your account, you can send an email request to cancel Your Account at any time by contacting wowintro at buzz@wowintro.me. All content stored in Your Account (messages, ratings, reviews, videos, texts, favorites) will be immediately deleted from the Services upon confirmation by wowintro of your account closure. This information cannot be recovered once Your Account is cancelled.
If you wish to request access to your data after Your Account has been close, wowintro will raise a charge for such service based on its then applicable rates and depending on the quantity and availability of data involved.
3. Online Purchases and Payment
If you wish to purchase a Paid Account package described in the Website, you may be asked to supply certain information, including credit card or other payment information.
BY PROVIDING SUCH INFORMATION YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT IT IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE AND CURRENT. BY MAKING ANY SUCH PURCHASE, YOU AGREE TO PAY ALL CHARGES INCURRED BY USERS OF YOUR CREDIT CARD OR OTHER PAYMENT MECHANISM AT THE PRICES IN EFFECT WHEN SUCH CHARGES ARE INCURRED. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANY TAXES APPLICABLE TO SUCH PURCHASE.
WOWINTRO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY ORDER FOR ANY REASON. ORDERS MAY BE DELAYED OR CANCELED IF WOWINTRO IS NOT GIVEN COMPLETELY ACCURATE INFORMATION AND/OR IS UNABLE TO CONTACT THE PERSON WHO HAS PLACE THE ORDER AND/OR THE PRIMARY CARDHOLDER FOR THE ORDER.
3.1 Payment and Refund Terms
wowintro’s pricing and payment terms are explained in advance of any purchase and those pricing provisions form part of these Terms and are incorporated herein by reference. wowintro currently operates its pricing and payment on the following basis:
3.1.1 Subscription Model: Companies pay a yearly subscription fee as advised in our pricing packages. Employers are then able to use the Site according to the terms of the packages provided by wowintro. Pricing will be revised from time to time and existing Account holders will receive at least 30 days advance notice of any price increases which affect them.
3.1.2 Refunds: The services are billed in advance on a subscription basis. Account holders therefore cannot claim a refund for any Services availed of. wowintro does not offer any refunds for unsatisfactory number of candidates, poor applications, video, texts or sound quality.
3.1.3 Currency: All prices are quoted and payable in MYR Malaysian Ringgit unless specified in the commercial agreement with wowintro.
4. Purpose of Data Collection
In line with our Terms of Service, you undertake to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself and to maintain and promptly update your data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. The collection and processing of personal data includes but not limited to the following purposes:
4.1 Create your user profile with us online at wowintro website, namely http://wowintro.me ("Website");
4.2 Disclose, share or otherwise make available your résumé or CV to the potential employers (“Employer Accounts”) for your job applications;
4.3 Communication and delivery of information by e-mail and other telecommunication means, including telephone calls or text messages or via social media announcements.

5. Service
5.1 These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Service (“wowintro”), including users who are also contributors of Content on the Service. “Content” includes the text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, audiovisual combinations, interactive features and other materials you may view on, access through, or contribute to the Service.
5.2 The Service includes all aspects of wowintro.me, including but not limited to all products, software and services offered via the wowintro website, such as the wowintro "Uploader" and other applications.
5.3 The Service may contain links to third party websites that are not owned or controlled by wowintro
5.4 wowintro has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites. In addition, wowintro will not and cannot censor or edit the content of any third-party site. By using the Service, you expressly relieve wowintro from any and all liability arising from your use of any third-party website.
5.5 Accordingly, we encourage you to be aware when you leave the Service and to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of each other website that you visit.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 wowintro Website, wowintro Content, and all rights, title and interest in and to wowintro Website and wowintro Content are the exclusive property of wowintro.
6.2 wowintro Website and wowintro Content are protected by trade mark, database right and other intellectual property rights.
6.3 You may retrieve and display any wowintro Content of the wowintro Website on a computer screen, store such content in electronic form on disk (but not any server or other storage device connected to a network) or print one copy of such content for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep intact any and all copyright and proprietary notices. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or wowintro Content on the wowintro Website without written permission from wowintro (“Us”).
6.4 You can upload video content you have created (“Content”) by submitting through our web form. wowintro is not liable for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind or lost, inconsistent or unavailable network connections that may limit or prohibit Content being uploaded.
6.5. By uploading video content you confirm that it is your own work and agree to abide by these terms and conditions together with the general terms and conditions relating to the wowintro website, which also apply and which should be read in conjunction with these upload terms and conditions.
6.6 We may use any Content you upload at any time.
6.7 You undertake that prior to uploading any Content to our Website you will get permission, including any assignments, waivers, common rights, consents, and permissions (Permissions) in respect of anyone else’s rights in or to the Content (including, without limitation, all intellectual property rights, moral rights, performance rights, right of privacy, image rights and publicity rights), which give you (and us, relying on your agreement to these terms and conditions) the right to immediately use, publish, reproduce, distribute, produce derivative works of, edit, perform, display and broadcast the uploaded Content in any media formats and through any media channels without liability to any third party. wowintro reserves the right to require proof that necessary permissions have been given and you agree, on request to provide written evidence of those Permissions (including parental consent if necessary) and perform such acts as wowintro.me may reasonably require for the purpose of giving full effect to this agreement.
6.8 You agree that you will not upload any Content which is illegal, defamatory, obscene, incites prejudice or hatred or which it is unlawful for you to possess in the country in which you are a resident of, or which it would be unlawful for us to use or to hold.
6.9 You warrant (promise) that you are legally entitled to post the material in question and to grant to us the license referred to in paragraph 6.10 below.
6.10 When you upload or post Content to our website (“www.wowintro.me”), you:
grant to us, an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free rights to publish, reproduce, distribute, produce derivative works of, display, broadcast and perform the Content in part or as a whole, in any media formats and through any media channels; and
waive all moral rights in the Content.
6.11 We shall be entitled to disclose your identity to any third party who claims that any Content uploaded by you infringes their rights.
7. Cancellation and Termination
wowintro, in its sole discretion, may without liability or penalty terminate your password and/or Account and/or any Paid Services, remove your access to the Services and/or discard and Content and/or Created Content within the Services for any reason, including without limitation, lack of use, or if wowintro believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter of these Terms. In such event, any contracts in conjunction with your Account and all its parts will be terminated as well. Any termination of your access to the Services under any provision of these Terms of Service may be effected without prior notice.
Paid Accounts, unless terminated by wowintro as written in the foregoing paragraph, if you elect to terminate your Paid Account at any time, you will have access to the additional functionality made available to you with your Paid Account until the expiry of the period for which you have paid. In no event will you be entitled to a refund if you terminate any Paid Account.
wowintro, in its sole discretion and at any time, may discontinue providing the Services, or any part thereof, with our without notice and without liability or penalty. In such circumstances, wowintro may immediately deactivate or delete your Account, as applicable and all related information and Content and/or Created Content and bar any further access to such information, Content or to the Services. wowintro will not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Services.
After cancellation or termination of your Account for any reason, you will no longer have access to your Account and all information and Content in your Account or that you have stored on the services may be, but is not required to be, deleted by wowintro. wowintro will have no liability for information, Content or Created Content that is deleted due to the cancellation or termination of your account for any reason.
Accordingly, you are responsible for making your own arrangements in relation to the backing up of your data unless otherwise agreed in advance with wowintro that we will provide backup services for your data in exchange for a fee.
8. Disclaimers
We are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate Content Posted on the Website or in connection with the Service, whether made or caused by users of the Website, Members, our advertisers, developers or corporate partners or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the operation of the Website or the Service.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT, WHETHER ONLINE OR OFFLINE, OF ANY MEMBER OR OTHER USER OF THE WEBSITE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS, LIABILITY OR DAMAGE, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF ANYONE'S USE OF THE WEBSITE OR THE SERVICE, ANY CONTENT POSTED ON THE WEBSITE OR TRANSMITTED TO MEMBERS OR OTHER USERS OR ANY INTERACTIONS BETWEEN OR AMONG MEMBERS OR OTHER USERS OF THE WEBSITE, WHETHER ONLINE OR OFFLINE.
We assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of user or Member communications. We are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof. We are not responsible for any injury or damage to any computer equipment belonging to any user of the Website, any Member or any other person related to or resulting from use of the Website, viewing, playing or downloading any materials on or from the Website or otherwise in any way in connection with the Service. The Website and the Service are provided "AS IS" and, except as otherwise prohibited by applicable law, we expressly disclaim any warranty of any kind, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We cannot guarantee and do not promise any specific results from use of the Website or the Service. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from us or from or through the Website or the Service shall create any warranty not expressly stated herein.
9. About these Terms
We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to the Service, for example, reflect changes to the law or changes to our Services. You should look at the terms regularly. We’ll post notices of modifications to these terms on this page. We’ll post notices of modified additional terms in the applicable Service. Changes will not apply retroactively and will become effective no sooner than thirty days after they are posted. However, changes addressing new functions for a Service or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately. If you do not agree to the modified terms for a Service, you should discontinue your use of that Service.
If there is a conflict between these terms and the additional terms, the additional terms will control for that conflict.
These terms control the relationship between wowintro.me and you. They do not create any third party beneficiary rights.
If you do not comply with these terms, and we don’t take action right away, this doesn’t mean that we are giving up any rights that we may have (such as taking action in the future).
If it turns out that a particular term is not enforceable, this will not affect any other terms.
The laws of Malaysia, excluding Malaysia’s conflict of laws rules, will apply to any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services. All claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services will be litigated exclusively in the federal or state courts, and you and wowintro.me consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
wowintro strongly encourages you to seek legal advice with respect to Recruiting and employment and recruiting related law (including employment and human rights law) in your jurisdiction or any jurisdiction in which you operate. wowintro will not review any steps or actions you use in your Recruiting, and makes no representations and/or warranties that your Recruiting is legal or permitted in any jurisdiction. You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless wowintro from any and actions, causes of actions, claims, damages, liabilities, demands and penalties that wowintro may suffer in connection with your Recruiting.
