An in-house graduate training program designed for fresh graduates in various Engineering field. Its a two year program consisting of one year of training period and another year of bond as an Engineer at SilTerra. Structure of training maybe various depending on the departments and the job requirement.

1)Fresh Graduates Degree/Masters/PhD in Engineering field from local & oversea Universities. 2)Pointer 3.30 and above. 3)Willing to relocate to Kulim Kedah. 4)Willing to work shift 5)Ready to take the challenge to become an Engineer.
